Why come to you ?

We are a small collaborative local business.  Our mission is to send our customers away smiling.  Our values are connection, integrity and care.  We live our mission and values and are building a reputation for excellent service and happy customers. Together we can make your guitar play better for you. We would be delighted if you tried us out.

How long does your repair service take?

At the start of every job we conduct an assessment of your guitar. Assuming no issues we would expect to get your guitar back to you within two working days.  And depending on where you live we may be able to pick it up and drop it off too.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online banking is our strong preference as it is efficient and contactless.  On completion of a job we will issue an invoice which will include our banking details.

Where do you source replacement parts?

We endeavour to source parts locally. Where this is not possible we look to the USA. Availability in the USA is good but shipping times are variable.  Should we require parts for your guitar will will speak to you and work out the best course of action.
